Some Moline schools will have an early dismissal Friday, August 22, 2014.
The early dismissal applies to schools without air conditioning, according to the district’s superintendent, Dr. David Moyer.
The schools with air conditioning, including Bicentennial, John Deere, Roosevelt, and Wilson Middle School, will have a normal school day.
All YMCA after school programs have been cancelled for Friday, according to the Moline School District’s website.
