The Moline Police Department issued an arrest warrant for 45-year-old Richard Clark III on Wednesday, August 12, 2015.  Clark is wanted in connection to a robbery that happened outside the First National Bank on 15th Street around 11 a.m. Monday, August 10, police said.

Surveillance video released by Moline Police on Tuesday showed a man walking up to a parked car and hiding behind it as a 70-year-old woman was getting out of her car and heading into the bank.  According to Det. On Wednesday, Moline Police said "after an intense investigation" Clark was identified as the suspect.  His bond was set at $100,000.
