14 charged after Davenport pharmacy burglarized twice

Police said they recovered stolen pills and charged more than a dozen people in connection with two burglaries at a pharmacy in Davenport, Iowa.

Fourteen people were charged after police served ten search warrants as part of their investigation into burglaries that happened September 25 and 27, 2011 at the Main at Locust Pharmacy, 121 West Locust Street.

Trevor Carter, one of the people charged in connection with the thefts, was already facing an involuntary manslaughter charge after someone overdosed on drugs he supplied.  Read that story – click here.

Police said their investigation and the warrant searches helped them recover a large amount of pills stolen during the burglaries.

The people arrested and charged in connection with the investigation are:

Jared Ricklefs

Jared Ricklefs, 23, of Davenport, faces two counts each of third-degree burglary, first-degree theft and possession of ephedrine products plus 17 counts of possession with intent to deliver.

Ryan McCreight, 25, of rural Scott County, was charged with two counts each of third-degree burglary, first-degree theft and possession of ephedrine products plus 17 counts of possession with intent to deliver.

Curtis Roe, 24, of Davenport, was charged with first-degree theft and possession with intent to deliver.

Clint Roe, 21, of Davenport, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, first-degree theft plus eight counts of possession with intent to deliver and fire counts of violation of drug tax stamp.

Mike Dodd, 22, of Davenport, was charged with possession of intent to deliver, violation of drug tax stamp and possession of prescription drug.

Emilie Lane, 27, of Rock Island, Illinois, was charged with solicitation.

Audra Talk, 25, of Davenport was charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Danielle Marrufo, 24, of Davenport, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.

Andrew Smith, 20, of Davenport was charged with solicitation.

Donald Ricklefs, 59, of Walcott, Iowa was charged with possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a prescription drug and three counts of violation of drug tax stamp.

Vickey Johnson, 55, of Davenport, was charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver and four counts of violation of drug tax stamp.

Rachel Ricklefs, 21, of Davenport, was charged with possession with intent to deliver.

Eriana Lane, 21, of Davenport, was charged with solicitation.
