A Blue Grass, Iowa man faces a manslaughter charge after he allegedly gave drugs to another man who overdosed and died.
Trevor Carter, 23, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, conspiracy to commit a felony and two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Police said several people face charges after a large amount of prescription medication was stolen from a Davenport, Iowa pharmacy.
Carter is accused of delivering some of that stolen medication to 24-year-old Jonathan Bahnsen who died when he overdosed on the medication October 8, 2011.
Carter was held in the Scott County jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
