ROCK ISLAND, Illinois - Police are searching for a 21-year-old woman wanted in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old in Rock Island, Illinois.

Jescie Armstrong, 15, of Rock Island, was shot in the head in his home in the 500 block of 20th Avenue around 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Coroner Brian Gustafson said Armstrong was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at a local hospital.  The next day, police accused 17-year-old Kire G. Carr of first-degree murder. Carr was later captured in Ohio.

Carr has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Now, police say they're searching for a 21-year-old woman who is also charged with two counts of first-degree murder; one for allegedly acting with another person for whom she is legally accountable and the second for shooting Armstrong.

A warrant was issued May 3, 2016, for the arrest of Chelsea Michelle Raker according to Rock Island County State's Attorney John McGehee.

"(A)t the time of issuance, the charges were sealed in hopes Ms. Raker could be quickly located by law enforcement," McGehee said.  As of Wednesday afternoon, May 25, 2016, Raker was still at large.

Anyone with information about her location should contact Rock Island Police at 309-732-2677 or 309-786-5911.

Carr's mother, Nikki Carr, said her heart breaks for Jescie Armstrong's mother.
