RIVERSIDE, Iowa — Gabbie Marshall, guard for Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball, will hold a meet and greet for fans at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort on Nov. 17 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the casino's main entrance.
Marshall will be available for autographs and photos, so guests are encouraged to bring merch for her to sign. There will also be Marshall-themed t-shirts for sale in the Riverside Gift Shop.
Guests can also try the pizza Marshall created at the 22 & Vine restaurant in the resort, called the "Gabbizza." It's topped with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a special ranch alfredo sauce, all on a sourdough crust.
“It’s an honor to host Gabbie Marshall at Riverside and we are pleased to give our guests a chance to meet her," Riverside General Manager Damon John said. "She’s an impressive person outside of her success on the basketball court and we are thrilled to partner with her through SWARM.”
SWARM is a non-profit organization that works with University of Iowa student athletes to help them serve their local communities.
