It's time for high school football playoffs! A total of 18 eleven-man teams from the News 8 viewing region have made it to the postseason and will be vying for a state title.
Here's a breakdown of this week's matchups for both Iowa and Illinois.
Iowa
All games will be played on Friday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m.!

- Iowa City West vs. Bettendorf
- Southeast Polk vs. Pleasant Valley
Class 4A
- Western Dubuque vs. North Scott
Class 3A
- Assumption vs. Dubuque Wahlert
Class 2A
