ORION, Ill. — The 2024 NFL Draft is just days away, and there's one Hawkeye who's hoping to hear his name called.
Orion native and Hawkeye star Logan Lee has shined during the pre-draft process. He impressed watchers at the Shrine Bowl, the NFL Combine and even at his own pro day. These performances have led to projections that Lee will be a third-day pick.
On Wednesday, April 17, Lee sat down with News 8 Sports Director Matt Randazzo to share how he's feeling ahead of the big event. He estimated that roughly half of NFL teams view him as a potential pick.
"None of it's up to me," Lee said. "Obviously there are a few places that I think would fit for me more than others, but with that being said, I know He has a greater plan than my own. Both my wife and I are trying to trust that plan as much as we can and cast those anxieties and those nerves onto Him."
