ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. — It’s one of the most significant weekends for anyone connected to the U.S. Army and Navy.
On Friday, Rock Island Arsenal hosted the annual Army-Navy flag football game, a tradition that began in 2018 and coincides with the weekend of the Army-Navy football game.
While the players serve as teammates in their official duties, this game offers a fun break and sparks friendly competition.
The Quad City Army team secured a 27-20 victory.
Meanwhile, the 125th Army-Navy football game is set to kick off on Saturday at 3 p.m. in Landover, Maryland.
