Quad City airport implements new safety measures after increase in passengers

The Quad City International Airport says new safety measures are being implemented after seeing an increase in passengers.

MOLINE, Ill. — New safety measures are being implemented at The Quad City International Airport after an increase in passengers.

The airport says masks are now required inside the building. Free masks are also available at entrances if people do not have one. 

Plexiglass barriers have been installed at airline ticketing and gate counters.

Airport staff are also increasing sanitizing schedules.
