A winning Halloween Millionaire Raffle ticket was sold in Milan, Illinois.
Drawing results on the Illinois Lottery’s website shows that the Hy-Vee store in Milan was the seller of a $1 million prize through the raffle.
The winning number was 104077. Click here to see all the winning numbers from the Halloween Raffle.
A manager from the Hy-Vee store said the store should receive 1% of the winnings for being the seller.
The winner, however, won’t be able to collect that million just yet. The Illinois Lottery announced that starting October 15, 2015 players who win more than $600 will not be able to collect their money until the state budget is set.
