WHITESIDE COUNTY, Ill. — A phone number at the Whiteside County Sheriff's Office is currently out of service due to a cut line.
According to a brief release from Sheriff John Booker, a fiber line was cut near DeKalb, preventing the Office's phone number at 815-772-4044 from working properly.
He says that 911 services are not impacted by the outage.
