In the race to represent Illinois’ 36th District in the State Senate, an ad from Republican Neil Anderson takes direct aim at his opponent, Democrat Mike Jacobs.
In the ad, called “Rock Island Racket,” Anderson’s campaign accuses Senator Jacobs of using his votes and influence to benefit his own financial interests. A website built in support of the ad makes accusations of ethics violations against Jacobs.
