Volunteers needed for Hawkeyes concession stands to raise money for No Foot Too Small

The charity benefits families dealing with pregnancy or infant loss.

IOWA CITY, Iowa — No Foot Too Small (NFTS), an organization that supports families dealing with pregnancy or infant loss, is looking for volunteers to staff concession stands that benefit the organization at Hawkeye football home games.

Beer and concession stands run by NFTS volunteers will have all proceeds and tips go to the organization. Two upcoming home games at Kinnick Stadium, Nov. 11 vs. Rutgers and Nov. 18 vs. Illinois, need more volunteers to operate.

A minimum of 16 volunteers are needed for each concession stand to run properly. The time commitment for each game is estimated at seven hours. Volunteer spots are open to individuals or local companies. Sign up for concession stands here.

The Kinnick partnership raised more than $50,000 for the organization in 2022, with $80,000 estimated for 2023. NFTS uses these funds to host support groups for parents across Iowa.

NFTS also works to unite families experiencing loss and build bereavement suites in partnership with Iowa hospitals.
