Tony's Chicago Style Pizzeria opening new location in former Ross' Restaurant

A QC staple is jumping across the river and opening a second location in Bettendorf. It will have Chicago-style pizza and other classics, along with breakfast.

BETTENDORF, Iowa — A popular Chicago-style restaurant in the Quad Cities is expanding. 

Tony's Chicago Style Pizzeria is jumping across the river and opening up a new location in Bettendorf. It will be located in the former Ross' Restaurant building, which closed last year due to its longtime owners retiring. It had been open for more than 85 years. 

The new location will of course feature Tony's Chicago-style pizza, along with other classics from the Windy City. According to a Facebook post, breakfast will also be served. 

Tony's said they hope to open by the end of January 2025. A second Facebook post said the restaurant is hiring for all positions at the new location, including servers, bartenders, cooks, food walkers and more. Those interested in applying can stop by Tony's Moline location at 1321 5th Ave. 

Tony's Bettendorf location will be at 2297 Falcon Ave.
