MOLINE, Ill. — City of Moline Fire Chief Steven G. Regenwether has been awarded the designation of Chief Fire Officer by the Commission on Professional Credentialing
On March 15, Regenwether received the award, becoming one of just 1,899 CFOs worldwide and the first Moline fire chief to receive the award. Regenweather had to go through an extensive peer-reviewed process that recognizes excellence in seven measured components: experience, education, professional development, professional contributions, association membership, community involvement, and technical competence.
