DAVENPORT, Iowa — Students at St. Ambrose University will have some tasty additions to enjoy on campus.
On Tuesday, April 2, university officials announced a $6 million renovation to the school's dining hall inside Cosgrove Hall. Officials said the renovations will allow the facility to offer a wider selection of food options for students. Dining areas will also have study tables with visual displays that students can use while working.
"We know our students are able to better focus on their learning when they have access to good food options they enjoy. This project is part of our strategic facilities master plan and is among the first to begin construction," Mike Poster, St. Ambrose's vice president of finance, said.
According to Poster, the renovations should be completed in time for the fall 2024 semester.
