CLINTON, Iowa — Two boys have been arrested in connection to a recent string of burglaries at Clinton businesses, according to police.
Businesses impacted include Spring Green, Smokin' Joes and Pawn Central on Aug. 13, and the 5th Avenue South Dollar General on Aug. 16, according to a press release. One of the boys was charged in connection to all four incidents while the second was only charged in the Aug. 16 burglary.
Police said they continue to investigate and could bring charges against additional minors involved.
