MOLINE, Ill. — Update 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6: Moline police said Tammy Oliva and her son have been found safe due to media assistance and a viewer tip.

Moline police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing mother and child.
According to police officials, Moline resident Tammy Oliva left her home in Moline around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 along with her six-year-old son. Police believe she was headed to her brother's house, but Oliva and her child never arrived.
Moline police said Oliva is driving a black 2019 Mazda with the license plate number DN38379. The vehicle was spotted by a license plate reader near the intersection of Kennedy Drive and 46th Avenue in East Moline around 11 a.m. on Wednesday. It was also seen around 3:45 p.m. near Locust Street and Harrison Street in Davenport the same day, but police officials have been unable to locate the vehicle since then.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
