DAVENPORT, Iowa — A Davenport police vehicle crashed into a garage while allegedly pursuing a suspect.
Shortly after 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, Davenport police officials claim that officers in marked police vehicles began pursuing a suspect related to a domestic disturbance case. During this pursuit, two police cars hit each other, sending one of the cars into an unoccupied garage on the 2900 block of Harrison Street in Davenport.
One officer allegedly received minor injuries and was treated at a hospital before being released.
The crash remains under investigation. No arrests have been made.
