STERLING, Ill. — A Rock Falls teenager is being charged as an adult after a shooting at the Pizza Ranch in Sterling last week.
17-year-old Harrison Webb is accused of shooting a Pizza Ranch employee in the neck last Wednesday, Nov. 6. The 17-year-old victim survived.
According to a Sterling Police Department news release, officials responded to the Pizza Ranch located at 3900 East Lincolnway just before 8 p.m. following a reported shooting.
Officials said that restaurant patrons and employees had either fled or were barricaded inside the store when first responders arrived. The shooter was determined to have fled the location before officials arrived.
Webb now faces four felony charges, including attempted murder. He is scheduled for his first court appearance Thursday afternoon in Whiteside County.
