On the eighth day of testimony, records of his Internet and text messaging activity were presented as evidence in the trial of Tim McVay.
McVay faces a charge of first-degree murder in the disappearance and death of Carrie Olson of Davenport, Iowa. The eighth consecutive full day of his trial was set for Wednesday, June 24, 2015.
It’s a bench trial in Rock Island County Court with Judge Michael Meersman presiding.
