Gilda's Club Quad Cities introducing new cancer support group in Moline

The new Family and Friends Support Group is for adults supporting someone with a cancer diagnosis.

MOLINE, Illinois — Gilda's Club Quad Cities is adding a support group for adults supporting someone with a cancer diagnosis.

The purpose of the group is for family and friends of those with a cancer diagnosis to make connections with other individuals in similar situations. Participants can share worries and questions and discuss anything they need regarding a cancer diagnosis.

The support group will be held on Wednesdays weekly from 6-7:30 p.m. starting April 3 at the Club's Moline location, 600 John Deere Rd., Suite 101.

Participants who have never attended Gilda's Club programming must first attend a welcome meeting with Gilda's Club staff. Sign up for a welcome meeting here, or call 563-326-7504 to register.
