MUSCATINE, Iowa — The City of Muscatine is asking for community feedback on the Muscatine Boat Harbor.
City officials have put together a brief survey that asks questions such as how often residents have used the harbor, what their experience with it has been like, and whether community members would make use of covered slips or boat lifts.
