GRANDVIEW, Iowa — Update:
The victim of the house fire in Grandview on Tuesday has been identified as the resident of the home, 56-year-old Cynthia Collins. The identification was released by Louisa County Sheriff's investigator Kary Conger.

One person is dead after a fire broke out at a Louisa County home, according to the county's sheriff's office.
Around 6:17 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, emergency personnel responded to a house fire on North Madison Street in Grandview. By 6:30 a.m., a Louisa County deputy and Grandview firefighters were on the scene, finding heavy smoke and fire at the front part of the residence.
Upon further investigation, officials found a deceased resident and two dogs inside the home.
The investigation was handed over to the State of Iowa Fire Marshal's office. Both the cause of the fire and cause of death have not been released pending results from the state evidence lab and state medical examiner's office, but officials say that no foul play is suspected.
