DAVENPORT, Iowa — Henry Dinkins, who was found guilty in the kidnapping and murder of 10-year-old Breasia Terrell, is back in an Iowa courtroom facing federal drug charges, according to court documents.
The charges stem from a traffic stop in Bureau County almost four years ago, with the indictment issued in Dec. 2020. Charges include possession with the intent to distribute over 500 grams of substances containing methamphetamines, court documents show.
An evidentiary hearing was held Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 3 p.m.
Dinkins is currently serving two consecutive life sentences for the murder and kidnapping of Breasia.
