The agency's Donation Center and Crisis Stabilization Residential Services will remain at the current campus.

After a busy few years, a Quad Cities social services agency is branching out to keep up.

Family Resources announced that they will be moving to a new location at 1414 W. Lombard St. in Davenport on Nov. 12. The agency's donation center and crisis stabilization residential services will remain at the Annie Wittenmyer campus. Officials with Family Resources said that the move will allow them to maximize the services offered in a single space.

“The Annie Wittenmyer campus has served as our home for 49 years, and we are so grateful to the city of Davenport for this long-standing partnership that allowed us to serve children and families in our community. But sometimes change is inevitable, and in this case, change was necessary. This move will allow us to be agile and evolve alongside the people we serve,” Family Resources’ CEO Nicole Cisne Durbin said.

The new location will be open for services beginning on Nov. 20. According to the agency's website, there shouldn't be any impact on services until then, and case managers will continue to work with ongoing clients as the move nears. If you have any questions about the move, you can go to famres.org/move or call (563) 326-9191.
