JONES COUNTY, Iowa — One person is dead and four were injured after a two-vehicle accident in Jones County, Iowa, on Thursday, March 14.
The crash occurred just south of Anamosa shortly before 1 p.m. According to the Iowa State Patrol, a vehicle was traveling eastbound on Shaw Road when it failed to yield and was struck by another vehicle traveling southbound on Highway 151.
One person was killed in the accident. Four others, including two juveniles, were injured in the crash and transported to local hospitals.
