Storms leveled a silo and damaged a cemetery as they pushed through Donahue and Park View in Scott County, Iowa.

Amateur radio users reported hail nearly one inch in diameter in Park View at about 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015.

A National Weather Service employee reported a wind gust of 60 miles per hour about four miles north of Long Grove, and hail nearly an inch in diameter in Long Grove, just before 5:30 p.m.

The NWS also received unconfirmed amateur radio reports of a possible tornado near Donahue at about 5:15 p.m.  A trained spotter reported a wind gust of 50 miles per hour near New Liberty just after 5 p.m.

Debris was blown into trees in Donahue, and the Allen Grove Cemetery also suffered damage from the storm.  Donahue farmer John Maxwell shared a photo of a silo he said was damaged in the storm.
