BETTENDORF, Iowa-- The Isle Casino Hotel expects to host 400 Pontiac and Oakland automobiles during the Pontiac Oakland International Convention stating Tuesday, July 12.
The convention is hosted by the Local Blackhawk Chapter of the Pontiac Oakland Club International and is expected to bring in $1.7 million into the Quad Cities.
"It's a huge benefit, we've had people ask about restaurants we've got these planned activities, we also have a list of unplanned activities that people can go. And we have the convention bureau set up inside and they are directing people to the other well publicized parts of the Quad City Area," says President of the Local Blackhawk Chapter of Pontiac Oakland, David Nankivell.
The convention will end Saturday, July 16, with a free car show.
