The new Hobby Lobby store under construction off John Deere Road in Moline is hiring.
The store will occupy the former Menards store near John Deere Road and 7th Street.
Because the store remains under construction, Hobby Lobby management asked applicants to submit resumes and applications off-site at Stoney Creek Inn , 101 18th Street in Moline.
“We’re looking for anyone who has retail experience, maybe big-box experience. That’s what Hobby Lobby normally looks for,” said store manager Lany Heron.
Prospective employees can apply in person at Stoney Creek inn between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday, July 22 through Friday, July 26, 2013.
Hobby Lobby plans to open the new Moline store August 16, 2013.
