A relief fund has been set up to help the survivors of a fire that claimed five lives in rural Sherrard, Illinois.
Anna Viager, her daughter Breana, Jessica Harker, Holli Harker and Cassandra Turner perished in a fire that destroyed the Viager family home. Two boys and an adult man escaped the burning home.
Carla Zwicker, Vice President of 1st Community Bank, said funds have been established there to help the families.
Donations can be made to the Viager Family Fund or to the Harker Family Fund at the bank’s Sherrard location at 407 Third Street and at their Aledo location at 1803 Southeast 3rd Street. Donations can also be mailed to the bank at 1st Community Bank, P.O. Box 455, Sherrard, IL 61281.
