DAVENPORT, Iowa — The Alcoa eagles are safe and back in their tree after they were found on the ground Wednesday, June 15.
According to the eagle cam blog posts, a gust of wind knocked out the eagle cam power Tuesday afternoon and most likely knocked the eagles out of their nest and were unable to return.
On Thursday, June 16, the blog updated that the eagles were still in the tree and are expected to be safe until they can fly on their own soon.
