DeWitt, IOWA - Week six of the high school football season is here, and WQAD News 8 is helping the Central DeWitt Sabers celebrate Homecoming.
The school had a parade and tailgate Thursday, September 29, 2016. On Friday morning, September 30, 2016, the school came out in full support for the GMQC Score Pre-Game Pep Rally. The band, students, and cheerleaders all came out around 5:00 a.m. to show off their school spirit.
Friday morning, the school had another pep rally that started at 8:30 a.m. Their game Friday night starts at 7:15 p.m. at Birney Field, as the Sabers take on Dubuque Wahlert. The dance is Saturday, October 1st, 2016 at 8 p.m. at the high school.
