DAVENPORT, Iowa — Henry Dinkins, the man found guilty of kidnapping and murdering 10-year-old Breasia Terell, has been ordered to pay just under $8,000 in restitution.
On Thursday, a Scott County court accepted the state's request to cover lost wages and court traveling expenses for Breasia's mother. It also covers Breasia's funeral expenses.
In October, Dinkins was sentenced to two life sentences for the murder and kidnapping of 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in 2020. He has appealed his guilty verdict.
