DAVENPORT, Iowa — Popular sports bar chain Dave & Buster's may be making its Quad Cities debut in the near future.
The restaurant chain, which is known for its large arcade offerings, is applying for a liquor license for a location at 5248 Elmore Avenue in Davenport, according to an agenda released ahead of Davenport's Committee of the Whole meeting set for Wednesday, Sept. 18. That location would place the restaurant nearby other offerings such as Golden Corral and Hawaiian Bros Island Grill.
The chain is a newcomer to the Quad Cities and only recently opened its first store in Iowa with a location in West Des Moines, which opened in July 2023.
