BETTENDORF, Iowa — If you need to stock up on warm clothes as the weather gets cold, there's an option to do some good while you're filling your wardrobe at the same time.
Bettendorf Hy-Vee will be partnering with The Adopted Closet to raise money. The organization helps families looking to adopt children pay the legal fees in order to do so. Hy-Vee will have an assortment on clothing for sale for $3 per item, and $1 of each item sold will benefit The Adopted Closet.
The partnership will run from Nov. 3 to 5.
