BETTENDORF, Iowa — The Salvation Army Red Kettle Kickoff event begins Friday, November 6th at the Hy-Vee at Middle Road and Spruce Hills Drive. The event is not open to the public.
Leaders will announce the financial goal of the campaign at that time. Major Robert A. Doliber said Thursday, November 5th, their goal is 9% more than it was last holiday season.
