Walk for Zero Suicide returns to the Quad Cities for its third year

More than 100 people walked the I-74 bridge during the event in 2023.

The Walk for Zero Suicide is returning to the Quad Cities for its third year on Saturday, Sept. 7. Participants will begin at the walking path entrance of the I-74 bridge on the Moline side before proceeding to cross the bridge. Prior to the 10am race, there will be a moment of silence after a name call out remembering those who have passed due to suicide.

More than 100 people walked the I-74 bridge during the event in 2023, which raises money for local mental health efforts in the Quad Cities.
