Public input wanted on Moline riverfront plan

The survey is available through Friday, Nov. 3.

MOLINE, Ill. — The City of Moline wants your feedback as officials prepare to re-imagine the Moline riverfront.

Officials are asking community members to fill out an online survey. Participants will give their thoughts on topics like what they feel is unique in the city as a whole, how they use the riverfront area, and what else they might want to see nearby.

The survey will be available through Friday, Nov. 3, and can be accessed by clicking here. Additional public impact will be sought out in winter 2023 and spring 2024, with officials behind the redesign project aiming to complete their draft plan of proposed changes to the riverfront by summer 2024.

The project is in its planning stages as the City prepares to use land opened up after the new I-74 River Bridge was put in place, and as demolition of the old bridge continues.
