BLUE GRASS, Iowa — Two people were injured in a crash in Blue Grass on Monday afternoon.
According to the Scott County Sheriff's Office, officers received reports of a crash at the intersection of 110th Avenue and 130th Street in Blue Grass shortly before 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9. Investigators believe a white 2008 Ford E350 was traveling westbound on 130th Street when it failed to stop at a stop sign, hitting a silver 2014 Chevy Malibu which was traveling southbound on 110th Avenue.
Both victims of the crash were hospitalized for injuries. A press release from the Scott County Sheriff's Office didn't include any information on their current conditions.
The names of the victims haven't been released.
