Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker is gave his daily COVID-19 briefing at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 13. 

The State of Illinois is under resurgence mitigations, which are implemented region by region.  Seven of the state's 11 regions are under Tier 1 mitigations, four are under Tier 2 mitigations; Tier 2 mitigations are stricter than Tier 1.

COVID-19 cases have been on the rise overall since early October.
