MOLINE, Illinois -- Pop musician, Prince, was reportedly aboard a private plane that made an emergency landing in the Quad Cities because he wasn't feeling well after performing at a show in Atlanta, Georgia.
His plane landed at the Quad City International Airport overnight, Friday, April 15, 2016, according to a report by TMZ. A representative for the singer told TMZ that Prince has been fighting the flu and when he got on the plan he felt worse, prompting the 1 a.m. landing.
TMZ reported that Prince was taken to a nearby hospital and was treated. Hours later, he was released and flew back home.
There was no word on what hospital Prince may have been treated at.
Prince's Atlanta performance was reportedly at the Fox Theater.
