BOSSIER CITY, LA (CNN/WVLA) — Two reality show stars were arrested by the Bossier City Police Department for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
William Bretherton, aka Billy the Exterminator, and his wife Mary were issued an arrest warrant by the Police Department on June 1, 2012.
Officials tell us that both were occupants at the Marriott Hotel at the Louisiana Boardwalk back on April 28, 2012. A 911 call was made from their room, but the caller hung up before contact was made. Officers were sent to the location and when they arrived they found suspected synthetic marijuana in the room.
The suspected synthetic marijuana was confiscated along with a device commonly used for smoking narcotics. They were tested at the Northwest Louisiana Crime Lab in Shreveport. Police were notified last week that the substance positively tested as an illegal narcotic.
A misdemeanor warrant was issued for both William and Mary for Possession of Schedule I of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The couple was contacted by police about the warrants and the two came to the police department on June 1, 2012 and turned themselves in.
Both bonded out of the Bossier City Jail later that same day. Each had a total bond of $6,000.
