Police were on the scene of a stabbing reported in Davenport, Iowa on Thursday, February 18, 2016.
A home in the 1300 block of Brown Street was surrounded with yellow crime scene tape after a man "sustained a laceration to his neck" around 11:20 a.m., according to a statement from Davenport Police. The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Ronald Randolph, age 59, has been charged with willful injury causing serious injury with a $10,000 bond, police said.
