DAVENPORT, Iowa — A Rock Island man has been arrested nearly two months after police say he shot another person at NorthPark Mall in Davenport. It's the second arrest made in connection to the incident.
29-year-old Ricardo Horne was taken into custody on Tuesday, Sept. 17 following the July shooting that left two people wounded. Horne has been charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, control of a firearm by a felon and willful injury.
On July 22, Davenport police responded to a report of shots fired inside NorthPark Mall. At the time, police said a 16-year-old male from Davenport had been transported to a private vehicle to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. A second person also sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The teenager was arrested and charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, control of a firearm by a felon and willful injury.
