A man was hospitalized after being shot in Clinton, Iowa, police say.
Police said a call of "shots fired and a man down" came in around 2:35 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2015. One man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 100 block of South 4th Street, according to a statement from Captain Tom Bohle with the Clinton Police Department. The injured man was hospitalized; no word on his condition.
The area the wounded man was found in has a mixture of some businesses and homes.
