LASALLE COUNTY, Ill. — A LaSalle County board member was arrested Saturday night for domestic battery. Beth Findley-Smith, 38, of Somonauk, is the board member for the fourth district and was taken into custody on Aug. 19, according to arrest records.
She was released on the morning of Monday, Aug. 21. Bond was set at $3,000.
