DAVENPORT, Iowa — The owner of Kona Ice of Davenport has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of possessing child pornography.
According to a criminal complaint, 54-year-old Paul Fuller, of Davenport, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 17, and charged with five counts of purchasing or possessing of materials depicting sexual exploitation of minors.
The affidavit states that Davenport police received a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) on April 26 for an IP address that was tracked to Kona Ice of Davenport, on the 7200 block of Northwest Blvd.
The Iowa Secretary of State's website lists Fuller as the owner of Fuller's Ice Partners LLC, doing business as Kona Ice of Davenport.
Police said Fuller admitted to owning an email address, IP address, phone number and KIK social media account, all identified in the NCMEC tip.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 27 at 10 a.m. at the Scott County Courthouse.
