ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Nashya Session said her cousin Tyree Williams was shot three times Monday, in the parking lot of the Black Forest Apartments in Oakville
"Tyree was only 16," Session said.
Tyree was shot twice in the legs, and once in the head, she said. He died on the way to the hospital.
"It don't make sense. Over marijuana pens, and then y'all was older than them! Y'all knew better," Session said of the suspects.
St. Louis County Police confirm 19-year-old Tyler Coleman and 18-year-old Zachary Hough have been charged with the murder of Tyree Williams and Collin Courtwright.

Police said the suspects were in Oakville, selling marijuana cartridges to the teenagers.
The suspects were students in the Mehlville School District, attending Oakville High School.
Session said Tyree and Collin were best friends.
"Two peas in a pod! You could not get them away from each other... best friends," Session said.
Tyree loved to play video games and played several sports in his free time, including basketball and football.
Another one of Tyree's cousins, Rashad Richardson, talked about the tragedy Wednesday afternoon.
"I'm going to miss him, he was the least of all my cousins expected to die, he's so young," Richardson said.
Tyree's family said their new reality is setting in.
"It don't make no sense, y'all still get to live your lives and your family can see you in jail. We have to go see them at graves," Session said.
Even through the grief, Tyree's family said they're hurting for the third victim in the shooting.
"We're hurting for the other little boy that was shot because they don't know if he's going to make," Session said.
Tyree's family is in communication with the family of the third victim and said he was shot in the stomach and underwent surgery.
At this time, the family does not wish to release his name.
Mehlville School District Superintendent Dr. Jeff Haug released this statement Tuesday evening to parents and students:
"Dear Oakville High School parents and guardians,
"I am writing you today to provide you with information about an incredibly sad situation. Today, we were informed that two of our students have been charged with crimes in connection to a shooting that took place off campus in a neighborhood near Oakville High School on February 5.
"I want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priority. We remain in close communication with St. Louis County Police as they conduct their investigation. The individuals charged today have not been on campus since the incident occurred on February 5. Today, we had additional police on our campus, and we will have additional police on campus tomorrow out of an abundance of caution.
"I understand the impact this news has on our students, staff, and parents and guardians. We are fully committed to supporting our students and staff during this challenging time. Counselors will be available at Oakville High School for students who need or would like support.
"If additional relevant information becomes available, the district and authorities will disclose those details as appropriate or permitted by law. In times like these, our community’s strength, care and unity are our greatest assets. Thank you for your cooperation, understanding and support as we work together to ensure the safety of our school community."
